Today's weigh-in at Weight Watchers

After one full week of walking, I was down 1.6 pounds today! YAY!

I went to the Tuesday morning Weight Watchers meeting this week -- I usually go to the Tuesday night one.

Weight Watchers

I have been going to Weight Watchers for about 3 years, since February 2007. I lost 46 pounds. I have gained about 10 pounds back, so the total weight loss is 35 pounds.

I am OFF today, no walking planned. DailyMile's week goes from Monday to Sunday.
